Dad drove home today from his latest meeting, and Sam is at this moment flying home from South Africa. We are all home together for a long, full 16 days. Amazing how your perspective changes, huh?
And how exciting these 16 days promise to be! Two weddings, a friend coming to stay a week, and another friend coming for a night... much to plan for and much more to do. Then our puppy goes to his new home *sniff, sniff* and we are headed off to visit family in the Midwest. I'm very sad about saying goodbye to the little dog I've become quite attached to, but I'm looking forward to visiting aunts & uncles & cousins & grandparents that I haven't seen in a couple of years!
